Obituary for Vicki Ankerich
Vicki Marie Todd Ankerich, 64, resident of Anderson, passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
Born in Anderson, Vickie was a daughter of the late Idea B. Hart and Sally Lovella Smith.
Vicki's titles were mom, meme & granny. She never met a stranger and always made you feel like family. She could make anyone laugh to tears and was so very caring and selfless. She loved her kids and grandkids more than life itself. There will never be another person like her. She was so loved and will be missed greatly.
Survivors include her son, Caleb Johnson (McKenzie) of Anderson, and her daughters, Crystal Smith of Anderson and Brandy Todd of Melbourne, FL.
Vickie was also survived by her two sisters, Diane Day & Karen Spearman, her 10 grandchildren, Judah Johnson, Tristen Gillespie, Alyssa Gillespie, Christina Pethel, Brooklynn Smith, Eliana Smith, Brittany Todd, Nicholas Hayes, Brayden Todd, Ezekiel Todd, and her 7 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 PM on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at The Standard Cremation & Funeral Center with Rev. Russell Drake officiating, Entombment will follow in the mausoleum at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
A visitation will be held prior to the service from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM inside the Maple Room at The Standard Cremation & Funeral Center.
