Obituary for Terry Hatcher
(Terry Hatcher) Terry Waymond Hatcher, 70, husband of Ann Partain Hatcher of Anderson, died Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at AnMed Health Medical Center.
Born in Anderson on July 30, 1950, he was the son of the late George Waymond Hatcher and the late Effie Kathleen Turpin Hatcher.
Terry retired from BASF after 40 years of service. He was a Christian and was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and working in his garden.
He is survived by his wife, Ann Partain Hatcher, children, Chad Hatcher, Kerry Hatcher Rankin (Andy) and Kyle Hatcher (Ashlea), grandchildren, Ian Hatcher (Alex), Hannah Hatcher, Colt Hatcher, Logan Wires, Carson Wires, Paxton Hatcher, Paisley Hatcher and Price Hatcher. He is also survived by a great-grandson, Rayden Hatcher and his sister, Debbie Bannister (Dan).
A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 28, 2020 at 11:00am in The Tribute Room of The Standard Cremation & Funeral Center 1621 Pearman Dairy Rd. Anderson, SC 29625. Rev. Billy Ray Whitfield will officiate.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10:00am – 11:00 am.
Social distancing is to be observed and face masks are required at all events.
