Obituary for Sherry Minter
Sharon Ann (Sherry) Lanier Minter of Anderson, SC, passed away peacefully on April 21, 2022.
Born in Clarksville, TN, on June 21, 1950, Sherry was the daughter of the late William Conrad Lanier II and the late Helen Ford Lanier.
Sherry worked in the medical field in medical records, billing and as an office manager.
She was a light in the world and made a positive impact on so many lives. She was strong, courageous and a wonderful sister, wife, Mom and Nana. She will be missed so much.
Sherry is survived by her husband, Eddie, daughters Christine (Christy) Robinson, Jennifer McCurdy (Eric) and granddaughter Ashley Robinson.
She is also survived by her brother, William Conrad (Bill) Lanier, III and nieces Charlotte Longo and Beth Canada (Jon).
A celebration of life ceremony will be held at Young Memorial Presbyterian Church, 508 Boulevard, Anderson, SC 29621 on June 4, 2022 from 2PM until 3:30PM.
A second celebration of life will be held for our Florida friends on July 9, 2022, at Westview Baptist Church, 4100 H E Thomas Jr Pkwy, Sanford, FL 32771 starting at 2PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
