Ray William Sullivan, age 78, of Anderson, died Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at his home.
Born in Anderson, he was a son of the late Ray Sullivan, and the late Frances Sullivan.
Ray enjoyed fishing and working on computers. Above all Ray was a great father. He loved spending time with and providing for his family. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Atlanta.
Ray is survived by his children, Amy Sullivan McGill, and her husband, Jimmy, Wendy Elaine Smith, and her husband, Keith, and William Jefferson Sullivan, and his wife Jessica. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Jon Brandon Paige, Kevin Smith, Jordan Smith, Daniel Smith, Jared Sullivan, Caleb Sullivan, Bryson Sullivan, and Jaxon Sullivan, along with 14 great-grandchildren. Ray is also survived by his siblings, Faye Blume, Patricia Gray, and Dianne Gray, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, Ray was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Judith Elaine Sullivan, his daughter, Julie Marie Sullivan, his grandson, Travis Ryan Paige, and his brother Danny Sullivan.
The family will host a memorial service at 2PM, Saturday, April 22, 2023, at New Prospect Baptist Church, 2503 Whitehall Rd, Anderson, SC 29625. Pastor Bryan Cribb will officiate.
The family will visit after the service.
