Patsy McAdams
July 23, 1941 – February 3, 2021

Patsy Ann McAdams, 79, passed away at her home on Wednesday, February 3, 2021, surrounded by her family.

Patsy was a daughter of the late Clinton C. Bridges and the late Flonie Maney Bridges.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the father of her children, Jack Greene and her brother, Jacky Bridges.

She is survived by her husband Delmar “Del” McAdams, Sr., son; Chris Greene (Stephanie), daughters; Debbie Walls (Greg) and Leigh Stroud (Mike), grandchildren; Brandon Greene (Jessica), Caralee Greene, Will Walls (Amanda), Chad Walls (Rachel), Mitchell Stroud and Mattie Stroud along with four great grandchildren; Kendra, Adaline, Holden and Carson Greene. She is also survived by her stepchildren, Del McAdams, Jr. and his children, Christina and Jessica, Karen Lowe and her children, Elizabeth (sons, Elijah and Silas), Kirk, Victoria, Laura Richardson and her children, Isley and Taylor, and Amanda McAdams and her daughter, Audrey.

Patsy was a woman of strong faith and this faith carried her throughout life. She also had a love of music that extended from Elvis, The Eagles and all the way to George Strait and The Gaithers.

She loved the beach and one of her favorite destinations was Edisto. She loved to spend time with family and her family was what she treasured most. She also had a love for yard work and was affectionally called the Queen of the Leaf Blower.

Patsy’s wishes were to have her family and friends gather and celebrate her life. In lieu of a formal service, the family is honoring those wishes and will gather at the home of her daughter, Leigh Stroud, on Saturday, February 6, 2021. This will allow friends and family to drop in between the hours of 2:00-5:00 p.m. on Saturday.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Divine Hospice, 115 Whitehall Road, Anderson, SC 29625.

The Standard Cremation & Funeral Center is serving the McAdams family.
