Obituary for Patsy Brewster
Patsy Gail Brewster, 71, resident of Iva, wife of Raymond Leroy Brewster, passed away Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at the Rainey Hospice House surrounded by her family.
Born on March 3, 1950 in Pendleton, SC, she was a daughter of the late William Samuel and Glendal Craver Gambrell. Patsy was of the Baptist faith and loved her family and friends dearly.
In addition to her husband, she was survived by her children, Ken Brewster of Anderson, Tonia (Greg) Whitfield of Westminster and Tim Brewster of Fredericksburg, VA. Patsy was also survived by her siblings, Bill “Jr.” (Sudie) Gambrell of Greenville, Benny (Jean) Gambrell of Loxley, AL, Mickey Gambrell of Pendleton, her grandchildren, Heather Olvera, Kyle Brewster, Kasen Brewster, and 3 great grandchildren, Chloe, Cristiano and Celena.
Services will be held at 4:00 PM on Friday, May 28, 2021 in the Tribute Room of The Standard Cremation & Funeral Center with Pastor David Neal and Pastor Tommy Suttle officiating.
Prior to the service, a visitation will be held from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Friday.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to The Southpointe Baptist Church Mission Fund, 1319 Highway 29S, Anderson, SC 29626.
