Pamela Marlow Whitman

Pamela Ann Marlow Whitman, 69, of Anderson, SC, passed away peacefully on August 23, 2022, at the Rainey Hospice House surrounded by her loved ones.
Born on May 24, 1953, in Greenville, SC, she was a daughter of the late Theron and Ann Christine Marlow.
Pam was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, and three infant brothers.
Pam is survived by her son, Mark Whitman (Crystal), daughter, Jennifer Whitman-Macomson (Billy); sisters, Hope Teague (Mike), Teresa Whitfield (John), Karen Self (Bryan), Kathy Isbell (Frank), Stacy Hammett (Jim); many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Pam is also survived by her two grandsons that were the light of her life: Ethan Whitman and Colt Macomson.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at 3:00pm at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Anderson, SC. The family will speak to guests immediately following the service.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Rainey Hospice House in memory of Pamela Whitman, 1835 Rogers Rd., Anderson, SC 29621.
Thank you to the staff at the Rainey Hospice House for the care and compassion that they showed Pam and her family over the past few weeks. Mark and Jennifer would also like to thank Pam’s best friend, Mary Jo Hulme, for her many visits, stories, and laughs that she shared with their mom. Finally, the family would like to thank Mrs. Hayley Swift, Ms. Tina Parry and Pam’s grandson, Colt Macomson, for the music arrangement provided for the service.
