Mary Ann Hanley, 87, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Friday, July 8, 2022.
Born March 6, 1935, she was a daughter of the late Gat Cantrell and the late Lillie Belle Scott Cantrell.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Joel Hanley, Sr.
She is survived her children: Judy Butz (Frank Gordon), Dorothy Owen (Rick), Tammy Stovall (Tony Williams), Joel Hanley (Becky), Kimberly Dottry (Lester) & Darren Hanley (Sha). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, her brother, Ken Cantrell (Faye), and her special friend, of many years, Teddy Totman.
She was a homemaker and member of Gethsemane Baptist Temple.
A private family funeral service on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, in The Tribute Room of The Standard Cremation & Funeral Center, 1621 Pearman Dairy Road, Anderson, SC 29625. Rev. Scott Davis will officiate, and burial will follow at New Silver Brook Cemetery.
