Martha Anne White Poore, of Anderson, SC passed away peacefully at her home on April 19, 2022.
Born in Anderson, S.C., she was the daughter of the late James Louie White Sr. and the late Essie Levonia Brewster White.
She retired as a property manager and was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church in Anderson.
Martha is survived by her daughters, Whitney Artman (Don), Donna Hammond (Steve), and Amanda Vancil (Jon).
In addition to her daughters, Martha is survived by her grandchildren, Will Artman (Anna), Ryan Hammond, Hannah Sammons (Blaine), Claire Wolfe (Stephen), and Ellie Vancil, and great-grandchildren, Marshall Wolfe (5), Blakely Hammond (5), Emma Sammons (4), Harper Sammons (1), Nolan Artman (5), and Edison Artman (2).
The family will host a memorial service on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at 2:00pm, at Pleasant View Baptist Church, 2511 Dobbins Bridge Rd. Anderson, S.C. 29626. Dr. Glenn Taylor will officiate. Visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 1:30pm at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Pleasant View Baptist Church, PO Box 13063, Anderson, S.C. 29624.
