Obituary for Martha Nell "Billie" Neese
IVA, SC Martha Nell “Billie” Neese, 83, a longtime resident of Seneca Health and Rehab in Seneca, SC, died Monday, December 7, 2020 at Seneca Health and Rehab.
Born in Hartwell, GA, on May 1, 1937, she was the special needs daughter of the late Sara Louise Neese and stepfather, Robert Holland.
She was a member of Newry Church of God in Newry, SC.
She is survived by her sister, Ann Fisher (Ray), brother, Donnie Holland, nieces, Sheryl Fisher, Patricia Fay, Crystal Chandler and Pamela Bradley, and nephews, Larry Fisher and Steven Fisher.
She is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews.
In addition to her mother and stepfather, she was preceded in death her siblings, Jonnie Moore, Wesley Holland, and Bobby Holland.
A graveside urn burial service will be held on Monday, December 14, 2020 at 11:00am at Poplar Spring Baptist Church Cemetery 8041 Hwy 187 S. Iva, SC 29655. Rev. James Lawson will officiate.
The family will speak to attendees following the service.
Social distancing is to be observed and face masks are required.
