Marion Jeanne Sage passed away peacefully on Friday, October 30, 2020, at Rainey Hospice House in Anderson, SC.

She is also survived by her 14 grand children.

Jeanne was the first in her family to go to college. At 16 she attended the University of Dubuque, Iowa, studying music but paused her college ambitions for work and her family. I am blessed to call her friend. Have missed our walks and talks over the recent years. Condolences to all of her children, grandchildren and Mac. She truly lived her life to the fullness, making memories and pushing past surgeries, not giving up. Rest well now.

Jeanne was a wonderful friend and delightful hostess! We enjoyed playing Mexican Train with her for many years! She was a lively conversationalist and added much joy to our group. You are missed, Jeanne! With sympathy from Lani and Joe

I met Jeanne volunteering with Hospitality for the New Neighbors League of Peachtree City, GA. We became very good friends. She wanted to learn how to play Mahjong so about 4 of us started learning in 2003 and became addicted to playing. The group went from 4 people to about 12. Jeanne was a wonderful and kind lady. I loved how she enjoyed to travel even in her 80's. She has inspired me to accomplish the same. She will be dearly missed. God speed.
