Lurlene Barnett McCurley Patterson, 86, wife of Carl Patterson, passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at her home.
Born on March 28, 1936, she was a daughter of the late Hubert Day Barnett and the late Alma Gosnell Barnett.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Rudolph McCurley, sister, Dorothy Lee Hammond Alexander and daughter-in-law, Martha McCurley.
Along with her husband, Carl, she is survived by her daughter, Koleta King (Stan), son, Jody McCurley, grandchildren; Leigh Huckins (Greg), Michael McCurley, Jennifer Burdette (Brandon), Royston McCurley and Aimee McIntosh (Darren), great-grandchildren; Cam Huckins, Bri Nash, Liam McIntosh, Brooklyn Huckins, Carolyn Huckins, Scarlett Burdette as well as, sister-in-law, Aurelia M. Fuller and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service will be conducted on Thursday, April 7, 2022, at 1:00pm at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
