Louis Michael Scheivert

Louis Michael Scheivert, 85, of Anderson, SC, went to his heavenly home on September 27, 2022.
Born on July 26, 1937, he was a son of the late Louis Henry Scheivert and the late Elsie Marie Thompson Scheivert.
In addition to his parents, Mike was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Louise Franks Scheivert, partner, Sara McDowell and two siblings, Elizabeth L.“Betty Lou" Scheivert Dean and Vincent Scheivert.
He is survived by his three sons, Martin M. Scheivert (Kendra), Michael J. Scheivert, Sr. (Robin) & Duane C. Scheivert.; three siblings, Kenny Scheivert, Rita Scheivert Wheeler, and Patty Scheivert Moyer as well as five grandchildren: Tiffany Ann Scheivert Johnson, Michael J. Scheivert, Jr., Brandon M. Scheivert, Sr., Jerrica R. Scheivert Proffitt, and David C. Scheivert and seventeen great-grandchildren.
Visitation for family and friends will be on Friday, September 30, 2022 from 3:00-4:30pm, in The Maple Room of The Standard Cremation & Funeral Center, 1621 Pearman Dairy Road, Anderson, SC 29625.
Mike has requested that a celebration of his life be held at a later date for family and friends.
