Obituary for Lorraine Barrelle
Lorraine Joyce Barrelle, born September 22, 1929, passed away peacefully in her sleep on February 26, 2021.
Born in Ramey, PA to the late George and Louella (Waite) Miller, she married Edward Barrelle and they raised three children: John Barrelle (Christine) of Elizabethtown, PA; Cindy Hill (Robert) of Anderson, SC; and Edward Barrelle (Darlene) of Carnegie, PA. Lorraine was also the grandmother to ten and great-grandmother to fifteen.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward; infant daughter; brother, Marvin; sisters, Mabel and Geraldine.
She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Anderson, SC. She enjoyed spending time playing Bingo with her friends at The Legacy of Anderson. She was greatly loved and will be greatly missed.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Trinity United Methodist Church or Hospice of the Upstate.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date in Pennsylvania for family.
