Obituary

Laura Marie Pearce, 44, of Anderson, SC passed away at her home on April 23, 2021.

She was born in Irvington, NJ, and was a graduate of Tom's River North High School.

She is survived by her husband Alan Pearce; her daughters, Abigail Ramirez and Amelia Pearce, her mother, Frances Dotro Gobis Dandorph (Dennis); her sister, Julie Gobis Trivigno (Mike), and her father-in-law, Alan L. Pearce.

Laura enjoyed music and it was very common for her to have music playing at any given time. She enjoyed time at the beach and would often sit at the beach in contemplation, usually listening to the music she enjoyed.

Laura followed politics avidly, learning much about government in the process. Laura worked at Macy's for several years, and was known to be very knowledgeable and customer oriented.

She was very fond of butterflies, and loved the color lavender. She was very devoted to her daughters and will be greatly missed.

The family will be hosting a memorial service at The Exchanged Life Center, 3000 Midway Rd, Anderson, SC, 29621 at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 1, 2021.

The Standard Cremation & Funeral Center is serving the Pearce family and a message of condolence may be sent by visiting www.standardfuneralcenter.com.
