Rev. Dr. Larry Eugene Green, 79, husband of Irene Chapman Green, passed away Sunday, June 19, 2022, at his home.
Born on May 12, 1943, he was the son of the late Lewis Iva Green and the late Rosa Lee Owens Green.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons; Greg Eugene Green (Lisa) and Audey Brian Green, granddaughter, Emilee Green, and sisters; Willene Turner (Waymon) and Judy Carver (Charles).
A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, in The Tribute Room of The Standard Cremation & Funeral Center, 1621 Pearman Dairy Road, Anderson, SC 29625. Rev. Troy Crain will officiate.
Visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 10:00am in The Maple Room of The Standard.
Interment at M.J. "Dolly" Cooper Veterans Cemetery will take place at a later date.
