Jennifer LaTisha Provan, 40, died at AnMed Health Medical Center on November 24, 2020.
Born on December 20, 1979, she was a daughter of Freddie Provan, Sr. and the late Marsha Edwards Provan Howard.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her daughter, Katelyn Magaha, her best friend, Tiffany Johnson, her brother Freddie Provan, Jr., and her stepmother, Sandra McDonald.
Tish had a bubbly personality and a contagious smile. She had a heart of gold and would do anything for her friends. She was loved by all and will be missed by many.
The family will host a memorial service at a later date.
