Born August 26, 1945, he was a son of the late William E. Brooks and the late Geraldine Mahaffey Brooks.
Jeff was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Scott Brooks.
He is survived by his wife, Myung Hee Brooks of Gainesville, GA, brother, William Brooks of Pendleton, SC, sister, Roxanne Brooks Saad (Tony) of Anderson, SC and brother, Todd Brooks (Laura) of Austin, TX.
There will be a private family burial service.
