I was sorry to hear about Janice passing. She and I went to Re HAB TOGETHER AT Life Choice. She was a precious lady and I enjoyed meeting her and talking with her when we were exercising on machines beside each other. THE FAMILY WILL BE IN MY THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS. Betty Hamby Belton '

Memories of Marlane? Yes, there are hundreds running through my mind right now. Marlane and me on the church bus where she taught me the Westside HS alma mater. To this day, when I drive past the school I sing that song (it drives my family crazy) and think of her and our laughs and fun times. When she lived in Columbia I saw her more often, but like Imadale, that was before husbands and children and the complications of life. I think of her in Sue's kitchen where we were either cooking spaghetti or making doughnuts. I was maid of honor in her wedding and I am so glad I have that memory. I consider Marlane one of my oldest friends and I am sorry we won't have more time to laugh and sing.

You were absolutely a light shining in a dark World. Our friendship began when your children were so young. We had a ministry through the VA in Columbia SC. We were so young. We were a team when we gathered together at The Church Of God Of Prophecy. We laughed, and cried, together. You had a passion for God and always had a heart for servitude. We would talk for hours on the phone. Your strength was apparent by all that knew you. You were a true friend. You were genuine, unique, and everything a person would desire in a friend. I enjoyed our last visit at the crackle barrel, you and Carl were so happy. I am going to miss you my precious friend! I know you are resting in the arms of Our Lord . You worked hard to get you where you are now. You will be so missed my friend. Until we meet again. I love you always my sweet friend! Condolences to your family. You loved them so very much.

Praying for Carl and all the family, now everyone will have to do this one day, but it seems to come when we are not expecting it. I will grately miss Marlane, for all our good times we had together long ago before there were husbands or children. She alway seemed to be happy even if there were things she could not do, that is because she had the Lord by her side! " God Bless all the family" Ima Dale Bedenbaugh
