James Carl Rubert died on Thursday, January 21, 2021, from COVID-19.
James retired from Precision Technology in 2000.
He leaves behind his wife of 52 years, Cathleen Rubert, son, James Carl Rubert, II (Melissa), grandson, James Carl Rubert, III, sister, Nancy Boven (Dave), brothers; Steve Rubert (Jennifer), Joe Rubert, Tim Rubert (Kathleen) and several nieces and nephews.
James was a warrior and a rock for his family. He was so proud to be a dad and grandad.
We will miss his pranks and teasing as he was always the life of the party. Most importantly he was....LIFE.
The family will host a memorial service this summer at Refuge Baptist Church, 219 Refuge Church Road, Pendleton, SC.
