Obituary for Mikal Mullikin
(Mikal Mullikin) Mikal Hare Mullikin, 81, wife of William Truett “Bill” Mullikin of Cardinal Park, Anderson, died Saturday, January 9, 2021 at AnMed Health Medical Center.
Born in Anderson on May 21, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Carl Allen Hare and the late Helen Dorothy Spell Hare.
Mikal was a loving wife and mother and was a long-time member of St. John’s United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, William Truett “Bill” Mullikin, children, Carlette Holmes (Edmund), John R. Fulp III (Kim), and Lebrena F. Campbell (Lawrence), grandchildren, Sally Cade Holmes, Brelyn Holmes LeCheminant (Bubba), Janie Fulp, John R. Fulp IV, Hunter Abney Fulp, Carly Spell Campbell, and Lawren Campbell Ardoin (Ashton).
She was also a wonderful mother to Bill’s children, Susan M. Temple and W. Todd Mullikin and grandmother to Ryan McMillan (Lauren), Will McMillan, Leah McMillan, Molly McCurley (Travis), and Beattie Mullikin (Tory).
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, John Allen Hare.
No services are planned at this time.
