June 10, 1966 – February 17, 2023
In loving memory of our mother, Greta Moore Baker, 56, of Anderson, SC, who went to her heavenly home on Friday, February 17, 2023.
She was the devoted wife of Sammy Baker and loving mother of Alexia Owens (Tyler) and Taylor Warneka (Ted). In addition to her husband and children she is survived by her grandchildren, Tinsley Owens, Delilah Owens, and Greta Kay Warneka. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Our mother was a kind, caring and giving person who always put the needs of her family before her own. She was a strong woman who faced every challenge in her life with courage and dignity. Our mother was a source of inspiration to us all and she will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched.
Growing up, our Mom, was always there for us when we needed her. She was a woman of strong faith and she instilled in us the importance of family, hard work, and doing what is right. Our mother was a true role model who we will always look up to.
A celebration of Greta's life will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, February 23, 2023, in The Tribute Room of The Standard Cremation & Funeral Center, 1621 Pearman Dairy Road, Anderson, SC 29625. Rev. Michael Jones will officiate.
