Eric Holbrook
March 25, 1971 – February 21, 2023
Eric Scott Holbrook, Sr., 51, passed away on February 21, 2023, at his home.
He is survived by his estranged wife, Felita Young Holbrook and three sons, Eric S. Jr. of Waxhaw, NC, Gavin J. of Willimantic, CT, and Nathan A. of Lebanon, CT.
He is also survived by his mother, Charlotte Morley, brother, Jared Haggert, sister, Ruth Magyar (Michael), niece, Adriana and uncles, Stan Holbrook & Lawrence Holbrook (Monnie).
Eric was preceded in death by his sister, Rachel Ann Chapman.
Eric served as manager of Woolworth Department Stores and manager of Radio Shack before learning the trade of Glazer with his late father-in-law, Robert Young. He continued as lead Glazer for over 20 years.
Eric was a “jack-of-all-trades.” While living in Townville, SC , with his brother, Eric helped Jared build a large pavilion and also learned to do masonry on the home and many other small projects.
He most enjoyed spending time with his three sons, hiking, camping, wake surfing, board games and shooting pool. We will miss his laughter.
