Earl John Davis, beloved husband, father, grandfather, soon-to-be great-grandfather, and friend, tragically passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2023. He was 64 years old.
Born on June 26, 1958, he was the son of the late Arthur & Evelyn Davis.
He is survived by his loving wife, Peggy; daughters, Rachael, Nicole & Audrey and grandchildren, Kaleb, Brooklyn, Paige, Christopher, Maya & Miles.
Earl was an avid biker, and member of the Ancient Iron Motorcycle Club in Anderson, SC. He was also a vital member of the Homeland Park Community Watch.
On the surface was a man who looked hardened and maybe even scary to a stranger, but looks can and usually are deceiving. Earl was that book whose cover you couldn't judge it by. He was genuinely caring and real to everyone he knew. He never became angered or raised his voice because with him there was nothing to fight about.
He always had his motorcycle gear ready to go at a moment's notice. He could make anybody laugh and in time the crooked smiles we wear now will blossom into bouts of laughter. Though his body will be gone, he will stay with us forever.
The family will host a service honoring his life at 2:00 pm on Sunday, April 23, 2023 at Salem Baptist Church, 1325 Salem Church Road, Anderson, SC 29625.
