Dwayne “Butch” Scruggs
Dwyane “Butch” Keith Scruggs, 51, widower of Crystal Kelly Scruggs, passed away Saturday, May 29, 2022, at his home in Belton, SC.
Born in Anderson, Butch was a son of Robert Earl Scruggs and Diane Lowie Sparks. Butch was the owner of Cruisers Bar and was an avid motorcycle rider. He had a passion for fundraising and participated in Toys for Tots and many Poker Runs for charity.
Butch was preceded in death by a brother, William Bradly Scruggs.
A crypt side service will be held at 2:00PM on Friday, June 3, 2022, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in the Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. James Sparks officiating.
The body will be lying in state from 9:00 to 12:00 noon at The Standard Cremation & Funeral in The Maple Room and the family will be receiving friends following the service on Friday at the cemetery.
