Dorothy Marie Day Nichols, 99, of Anderson, SC, went to her heavenly home on Thursday, January 5, 2023.
Born in Emporia, KS, she was the daugther of the late Bill & Lena Day.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert K. Nichols, and her daughter, Shauna Nichols.
She is survived by her two daughters, April Edwards & Stephanie Nichols, her son, Jim Nichols, granddaughters, Freedom Neal, Brooke Wyatt & Beth Nichols and her grandsons, Brandon Edwards, Chris Nichols and Mark, Nick, & Nathan Goodwin. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
The family will host a memorial service at 2:00 pm on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at Oasis Church, 3000 Midway Road, Anderson, SC 29621. Pastor Tom Haren will officiate.
The family will speak with guests following the service.
