Donnie Austin Edmonds, 83, of Townville, SC, passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2022.
Born October 18, 1938, he was a son of the late William W. Edmonds and the late Arietta Pruitt Edmonds.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Charlie Edmonds, sister, Nancy Tucker, and a nephew, Michael Edmonds.
Donnie is survived by his brothers; Billy Joe Edmonds (Lucille) & Jimmy Edmonds (Betty), sister-in-law, Sandra Edmonds, special niece, Melissa Frankum (Billy) and Melissa’s children; Tyler, Jacob, Dylan & Lillian Grace Frankum. He is also survived by nieces; Teri Heyns (Loren) & Patti Mims (Brian), nephew, Timothy Edmonds (Melody) as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
A service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, August 12, 2022, in The Tribute Room of The Standard Cremation & Funeral Center, 1621 Pearman Dairy Road, Anderson, SC 29625. Rev. Timothy Edmonds & Rev. Early Tucker will officiate.
The family will speak with guests following the service.
