Obituary for Donald Williams
(Don Williams) Donald Robert Williams, 54, husband of Karen Black Williams of Anderson, died Saturday, January 7, 2023.
Born in Charleston, WV, on May 14, 1968, he was a son of the late Rodney Richard Williams, and Carolyn Elizabeth McDermitt Williams.
He is survived by his wife, Karen Black Williams and her children, Lyn Callaham (Craig), and Kelly Smith (Randall), and their children, Nathan and Hannah Callaham, and Bailey and Blaze Smith, his mother, Carolyn Ballard (Jerry), Tammy Williams Bradford, son Michael Sigler, brothers, John C. Williams, Scott A. Williams (Winnie), Anthony Franza (Julia) nephews, Ezekiel Williams and nieces Violet and Luica Franza, Aunt, Ann Williams, cousins, Linda McCarthy, and Patrick, Donald Lee, and Jeffrey Williams.
He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Linda Black, sisters-in-law, Terri Williams (Russ), and Debra Metcalf.
He is also survived by his SC special family Ed and Jackie Dickson, Greg Condrey and Shannon “Yogi” Woods.
He was a technician with C&M Septic and Plumbing, and was formerly employed with Ed’s Auto Sales.
In addition to his father, he was predeceased by an uncle, Patrick C. Williams Jr., a niece, Campbell Williams, and a “special brother”, Michael Dickson.
The family will host a memorial service at 2:00pm on Saturday, January 14, 2023, at Trinty Springs Church of God, 2110 E. River St., Anderson, S.C. 29621.
