Susan Bridges, 56, of Anderson, died peacefully, Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at NHC HealthCare surrounded by family.
Born in Anderson, Susan was a daughter of the late Bill Norris, and Linda Gibson.
Susan worked at the Anderson County Courthouse, where she served as a mail courier for many years before she retired. She was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Temple.
Along with her mother, Susan is survived by her husband, Mike Bridges, her daughters, Kayla Powell (Vince), Amber Oates (Michael), and Faith Wood. Susan is also survived by her grandchildren, Calvin Routhieaux, Klaire Powell, Keller Powell, Marlee Wells, Bailee Wells, Zemlee Wood, and Owen Oates.
Susan is also survived by her sister, Patsy Alexander, and her stepmother, Margo Norris.
Along with her father, Susan was preceded in death by her brother, Tim Norris.
The family will be holding a memorial service to honor Susan’s life on August 6, 2022, at 1:00pm, at Gethsemane Baptist Temple.
