Darlene McAbee Manley
September 16, 1965 – September 30, 2022
Betty Darlene McAbee Manley, 57, of Fair Play, SC, passed away peacefully on September 30, 2022, at Cottingham Hospice in Seneca.
Born September 16, 1965, she was the daughter of the late William Daniel McAbee and Betty Holcombe McAbee.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael J. Manley, Sr., brother, Derral G. McAbee, and son-in-law, Jonathan C. Hormuth.
Along with her mother, she is survived by her son, Christopher A. Manley, daughter, Lacy N. Manley, stepson, Michael Manley, Jr., brother, Steve Glenn, her boyfriend of many years, Jerry Roper, and eight sweet grandchildren.
She was a member of Oakdale Baptist Church.
The family will host a memorial service at 11:30am on Saturday, October 8, 2022, at Oakdale Baptist Church, 6724 Highway 24, Townville, SC 29689. Rev. David Blizzard will officiate.
Visitation will take place at the church, prior to the service, from 10:30am-11:30 am.
