Betty Elaine Stroud Brooks, 80, of Anderson, SC, went to her heavenly home on Thursday, January 19, 2023.
Born on March 13, 1942, she was a daughter of the late John C. Stroud and the late Lillie Mosley Stroud.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jay Ezra Brooks, daughter, Marlene Barnes and son, Jay Carl Brooks.
She is survived by her granddaughter, Vickie (Randell), grandson, Jonathan (Jennifer) & granddaughter, Brittany (RJ).
Betty is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Skyler (Jordan), Jay, Axel, Mikey, Averil, MJ, Jaxon, Nathaniel, Letti, Reba, Maddie & Tracer, one great-great-granddaughter, Bayla, three sisters and one brother.
The family will announce a celebration of Betty’s life at a later time.
