Obituary for Barbara "Bebe" Fagg
(Bebe Fagg)Barbara L. Fagg “Bebe”, 77, wife of the late Hanks Henry Fagg, of Belton, died Sunday, February 7, 2021 at her residence.
Born in Anderson on March 2, 1943, she was a daughter of the late James Luther Lewis and the late Katherine Wells Lewis Meredith.
She was retired from nursing and worked for Anderson Memorial Hospital and the office of Dr. William Lummus for several years. She was a member of Neals Creek Baptist Church.
Bebe will be fondly remembered as operating the pecan cracking business on Belton Hwy in Belton, where she met many friends and was always eager to provide a listening ear!
She also loved to birdwatch and provide feed to hundreds of birds that would visit her yard.
She is survived by her daughters, Tracy Holbrook (Doug) and Katy Lusk (Keith), her grandchildren, Kally and Klay Lusk, sister Nancy Sullivan and her brother Jimmy Lewis (Frankie).
She is also survived by her special friend, Richard Blighton and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 2:00pm in The Tribute Room of The Standard Cremation & Funeral Center 1621 Pearman Dairy Rd. Anderson, SC 29625.
The family will speak to attendees following the service.
