Obituary for Barbara Arnold
Barbara Arnold, 71, wife of Wayne Arnold, of Anderson, died Monday, February 13, 2023, at the Rainey Hospice House in Anderson.
Born in Abbeville, on September 21, 1951, she was a daughter of the late Trinidad Prieto, and the late Dorothy Mae Coe Prieto.
Barbara was a retired inspector with Central Textiles in Central, SC, and was a foster parent for the Department of Social Services for over 45 years. She was a member of Mt. Creek Baptist Church in Anderson.
She is survived by her husband, Wayne Arnold, son, Mark Lollis, grandchildren, Ryan Lollis (Lindsey), Matthew Lollis (fiancé Brianna) & Ethan Lollis, great-grandchildren, Landon, Carter, & Annakate Lollis, four stepchildren, Crystal Carle (Ryan), Michael Arnold (Ruth) ,Tim Arnold (Megan) & Nicole Arnold and ten step grandchildren, Gracen, Zo’el, Naomi Carle, Sam,Celeste, Chris, Benjamin, Zoe, Jasmine & Petunia Arnold.
She is also survived by her sisters, Theresa Moore & Pam Prieto.
Barbara was preceded in death by her daughter, Katrina Lollis, who died at the age of 5.
